Our seabass, also called "loup" in the Mediterranean, "loubine" in the Arcachon basin or even "Drenek" in Brittany, is considered to be the essential of traditional cuisine. Our sea bass is raised in the open sea along the coast of Azahar where it takes advantage of the exceptional quality of Mediterranean waters. We have selected for you an aquaculture farm that is fully committed to an environmental approach while minimizing the impacts of its activity.
