Live Crayfish

Crayfish, also called crawfish, are crustaceans similar to small lobsters, with claws too. This seafood grows in freshwater and is very popular all around the world.

Crayfish have a generous, sweet white flesh. The claws, body and even the tail can be cooked.

This is one of the reasons it is so popular even if they have a small size, as it is sustainable food. Many recipes use all parts of the crayfish, so there is no waste. Crayfish are great to eat between June and December.
