Originally from South Africa, the IcePlant salad is highly appreciated for its frosted appearance, the crispyness of its leaves and its slightly sour flavor. It can be eaten raw in salads or cook it just like spinach. IcePlant have a bright acidity at first, which is quickly replaced by a salty flavor.
