Gouda is a cheese originating in Holland and bears the name of its town of origin.

The milk is curdled, sliced ​​and then molded. The Gouda is then pressed and placed in brine for several days, dried and then matured for a minimum of 12 months.

The truffles give the gouda an intense undergrowth taste and take you even further in your tasting. Served in thin slices, a delight as an aperitif.
