Spiny Royal Lobster

Spiny lobsters or lobster tail are crustacean. Like the classic lobster, the spiny lobster has a rigid, segmented body and five pairs of legs, with two bigger claws and a tail.

Spiny lobsters have a reddish-brown shell, and white meat that is really generous due to the size of the claws and tail. In the Atlantic, the season to fish the spiny lobster begins August 6 every year and runs through March 31.
