Octopus

The octopus is a carnivorous animal that feeds mainly on crustaceans, molluscs and very rarely fish. Our octopus is fished using an ancestral technique. Ancient fishermen used gargoulettes (amphorae and corded pottery) to bring it to the surface. Amphorae are now replaced by pots but the technique remains the same and totally preserves the seabed.
