Bird's eye chili peppers are widely used in Thai cuisine. They are pretty small in size but are packed with a lot of flavor and spicyness. Bird's eye chili peppers will have a different flavor depending on their maturity level. The more mature ones will be sweeter and fruitier than the young ones but still very spicy.
