Serpolet (Wild Thyme)

Fresh or dried thyme resists well to cooking, it is the ideal companion of tomato sauces, stews, court-bouillons. It goes wonderfully with grilled meats or goat cheese and many others. It is used in the composition of the bouquet garni with laurel and rosemary and is part of the herbs of Provence.
