Fresh Deglet Dates naturally have more moisture and therefore taste more like fruit. They are versatile and can be used in different ways. Use their caramel flavor to add sweetness to any course. Fresh Deglet Dates pair well with goat cheese like Sainte-Maure de Touraine.
