Beillevaire was founded by Pascal Beillevaire, who decided to combine his passions for business and agriculture. The cheese factory Beillevaire was created from the products of the family farm, as well as the production of cream and butter. In forty years, it has become a unique company, gathering the whole chain, from the producer to the consumer. It is located between the Loire and the Island of Noirmoutier, in the town of Machecoul.
